Following our initial successful promotion of the site to the local authority for incorporation within local plan and subsequent involvement in production of additional supporting information, the site emerged as a preferred site for 10 units.

The site set in an idyllic rural setting, in the centre of Bergh Apton was then sold on the basis of consent being achieved for 11 dwellings, eight of which were private 4 and 5 bedroomed houses each with an above average rear garden, double garage and enviable views across open fields. 

This enabled us to ensure a maximum land value was provided to the land owner, whom we advised on the transaction from the site being an agricultural meadow until to completion of the final residential dwelling.

Land sale to private developer

The construction work on a development of 23 new homes on land off Bungay Road in the centre of Hempnall village was completed following our involvement in the sale of previously allocated land to a private developer.

The scheme comprised of bungalows together with two, three, four and five bedroom houses on this well located site next door to the village hall and playing fields, and a short walk from the local primary school and shops.
