Our role was to translate the clients’ individual aspirations into a high-quality bespoke home that responded sensitively to its local context.

We developed a design that balanced traditional detailing and material choices with contemporary features, ensuring the dwelling felt characterful, practical and refined. Particular attention was given to the use of flint, the overall form of the building and the integration of the roof lantern to enhance natural light and internal space.

The project demonstrates our ability to design one-off homes that are tailored to the client, rooted in their setting and suited to modern family living.
