The Spinney, Melton Constable

Our role was to take forward a consented residential scheme for four new two-storey semi-detached dwellings and develop it into a coordinated technical package suitable for construction.

We refined the design to respond positively to the Melton Constable Conservation Area, carefully considering scale, detailing, material choices and the practical constraints of a backland site.

Our work included Building Regulations drawings, technical coordination, construction detailing and assistance with the discharge of planning conditions. The project demonstrates our ability to add value after planning approval, resolving practical design matters and helping progress residential schemes from concept to delivery.
