Our role was to create a balanced residential scheme that worked alongside the existing public house and contributed positively to the wider village.

We developed a layout that carefully positioned terraced, semi-detached and detached homes around the site, ensuring the new dwellings related appropriately to the pub, parking areas, garden space and surrounding context.

A key part of our approach was ensuring the development supported wider community improvements. By coordinating the residential design with enhanced pub facilities, improved parking, an enlarged beer garden and a village shop, the scheme delivered both commercial value and local benefit.

The project demonstrates our ability to design mixed residential developments that respond to site context, support existing businesses and contribute to the long-term vitality of rural communities.
