Park Lane Bungalows, Breckland

 Our role was to unlock the potential of a previously undeveloped site while ensuring the new homes remained sensitive to their rural landscape context.

We developed a scheme for two high-end detached bungalows that balanced residential quality with landscape integration, carefully considering layout, access, building form, material selection and visual impact. The use of traditional materials, generous spacing and a strong landscaping strategy helped create a development that felt settled within its surroundings rather than imposed upon them.

We also supported the project through the planning process, presenting a design approach that demonstrated ecological benefit, sustainability and a positive contribution to local housing need.
