Flint Cottages, North Norfolk

Our role was to develop a sensitive replacement scheme that increased the residential potential of the site without compromising the character of the local area.

We designed a pair of semi-detached homes that reflected the scale, materials and appearance of surrounding buildings, using traditional brick and flint detailing to create a strong sense of place.

Alongside the external design, we carefully planned the internal layouts to provide efficient, practical and attractive family accommodation. The project demonstrates our ability to deliver well-considered infill residential development that balances planning, context, appearance and modern living requirements.
