Agricultural Machinery Dealership, Rutland

Our role was to develop a functional and commercially effective depot facility totalling 24,200 sq ft on a 3.7-acre employment site.

We designed a coordinated scheme that brought together workshops, storage, office accommodation, sales areas and display space, ensuring the development met the practical needs of the business while maintaining a strong architectural and planning response.

Particular attention was given to site constraints, including amenity considerations for nearby residential uses and the need for the development to blend into its setting. The project demonstrates our ability to deliver large-scale commercial schemes that balance operational efficiency, planning sensitivity, visual impact and long-term business requirements.
