Leisure Room, Broadland
Our role was to design a detached building that balanced multiple functions while maintaining a clear and elegant architectural identity.
We developed a scheme that brought together leisure, office and garaging accommodation in a way that felt seamless and cohesive, with particular attention given to layout, glazing, materiality and the relationship between inside and outside.
The use of large glazed openings, bifolding doors and a feature chimney helped shape the character of the building, while the combination of render, stone and brickwork ensured it sat comfortably within its setting. The project demonstrates our ability to create highly functional ancillary buildings that are both visually impressive and carefully tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
